This is not a problem for me, but your ocular rosacea is of concern to me and I want to help.  

Let's deal with the ocular rosacea.  You can't put the Xin Fumanling or the Zhongzhou Cream on your eyelids.  Not a good idea.

There is a lot of ways to treat ocular rosacea as you can see from the page.  Since it involves the eyes, you had better see a competent opthomologist who has treated and understands ocular rosacea.  Not all physicians are even aware of ocular rosacea so ask if the physician has treated it before and if successfully.  You might want to read this post. Have you had a physician diagnose you with ocular rosacea or have you self-diagnosed yourself?  Self-diagnosis is not a good idea.  

One simple treatment for ocular rosacea that has worked is item number 17:

Ronald Boender reports an anecdotal report of a cure for rosacea by "washing my eyelids with Johnson's baby shampoo twice a day with very hot washcloths" and has "been cured for 6 years now and threw away my tetracycline." Ronald says he "read about Demodex folliculorum on the web and realized this was probably my cause of rosacea." source

This cream should not be put on your EYE LIDS.  

As to the difference between the Zhongzhou Cream and the Xin Fumanling Cream, they are completely different formulas made by two different Chinese pharmaceutical companies and I have placed an ingredient list comparison here >

Not everyone can use the same treatment, since there has never been made ANY rosacea treatment that works for everyone.  If there was such a treatment, we wouldn't be discussing this at all and you would have already found it.  Some get allergic reactions to a treatment. Some simply do not respond well to a treatment.  What works for one, simply doesn't work for another rosacean [I call this the X-Factor]. All you can do is keep trying until you find something that works.

I still use the Z cream occasionally and use Noredol occasionally as a moisturizer.  I have a jar of the Xin Fumanling but haven't used it for months.  The X cream tends to make my face redder.  I will use the Z cream at night and then wash it off in the morning and apply Noredol.  

I haven't used the Z cream in about two weeks since my face is clear.  I had one pimple on my cheek just a few days ago, popped it, applied Noredol and that was it.  It took about three days for the redness to go away and it still is visible.  I may use the Z cream again at night just as a maintenance program.  It works fine for me.   I don't have ocular rosacea so I really can't relate to your problem.  I used to have the gritty eyes but after I quit wearing contacts I no longer have that problem.  

Most rosaceans have reported to me that the Z cream works best for them.  However, a few have said it didn't, and reported that the Xin Fumanling Cream worked better for them.  Only you can find out what works best for you.  

It takes three months to get clearance.  Some take longer.  You should notice improvement within two weeks.  The first week may aggravate your face and make it worse, and this has been substantiated by others.  Nadia reported this in my Rosacea Diet Users Support Group at this url >

Only apply the Z cream at night just before bed.  It will cause tearing of the eyes.  Simply close your eyes and go to sleep.  Allow the Z cream to dry before placing your face on a pillow.  In the morning wash your face with Acarid soap.  If you can apply more Z cream that would be ideal, but the cream is very difficult to blend into the skin.  Using water with it might help dissolve the cream into the skin.  

Some have had problems with dryness and flakiness of the skin.  That is where a moisturizer helps during the day.  Some, after washing the Z cream off in the morning, apply the Xin Fumanling cream as a moisturizer.  Some use Noredol or another moisturizer.  Your choice. 

I hope this helps, and since you have the Rosacea Diet, you will find that the diet does indeed control rosacea.  You should join my Rosacea Diet Support Group and post your questions or results.  The help in this group will impress you.  May you get your rosacea under control.  
None of this cures rosacea, it only controls it or puts rosacea into remission.  It can come back with a vengeance.  Hope this helps.

        I'm struggling to understand the difference betw the Z cream and the Xin Fumanling Cream.  I find the Demodex Sol's site a bit confusing.  My major problem is ocular rosacea with blepharitis- itchy, inflamed sore eyelids.  I haven't been tested for Demodex but your testimony is strong and feel I have nothing to lose.  Are both creams safe for eyelid use?  I understand that your suggestion is to use the Z cream first, at night.  Are both used as a complement, or is the XFML cream optional as a moisturizer?
Is this a treatment you continue to use, or is it no longer necessary due to your progress?
